DVD Xpress+TV is an external USB device for your Windows PC that

Analog Cable TV, Digital Cable or Satellite TV. Includes built in 125 channel
analog cable ready TV tuner for standard cable TV
installations and a special IR Blaster that can control Digital Cable and Satellite
receiver boxes so you can record your favorite TV shows no matter how you
receive TV in your home or office. Includes SnapStream Beyond TV 4.0 with
SmartSkip!
Beyond TV integrates a program guide that downloads updates daily. Record new, all or single episodes of your favorite shows.
